Duality in a personal project that started out as an idea where I wanted to combine a few of my favorite aspects of my job - production design, fabrication and floral design - to create something cool with a bunch of cool people.
Upon completion of pre production, sitting on the floor looking at the set (the day before the shoot), the name finally hit me… “Duality.”
While I always knew the set was going to be a combination of soft, organic and natural elements alongside structured, geometric ones, I did not realize just how beautifully those could pair together and how much of myself I would find represented in those words. Upon further chats with Jack and Haylie, I continued to discover just how much of myself was showcased in the production of this project from start to finish, and I am still moved by the work we created.
